- To support communications, and event production, all startups are required to submit the following basic assets as part of the application.

- One clear, professional headshot of a founder or primary presenter
- Must be submitted as a publicly accessible link
- Google Drive links must be set to “Anyone with the link can view”
- Accepted formats: JPG or PNG
- Used for internal review, event materials, and promotional content if selected
- File should be clearly labeled (e.g., CompanyName_FounderHeadshot)
Company Logo- Official company logo
- Must be submitted as a publicly accessible link
- Google Drive links must be set to “Anyone with the link can view”
- Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, or SVG
- Transparent background preferred but not required
- Used for event materials, website listings, and media coverage if selected
- File should be clearly labeled (e.g., CompanyName_Logo)
