The BMC is a strategic map illustrating how your idea functions as a sustainable business. Your goal is to: Desirability: Prove people want your product by connecting your Value Proposition to specific Customer Segments. Viability: Show the business can survive by balancing Revenue Streams against your Cost Structure. Feasibility: Demonstrate you can actually build it by identifying the Key Activities, Resources, and Partners required.
