Description

Linn County YEC brings students together for the purpose of a hands-on entrepreneurship experience. This competition involves students preparing a written business plan or executive summary, a “tradeshow booth” (similar to a science fair tabletop display), and a pitch or presentation. Students compete against one another in teams of up to 4 or individually. Students’ work is judged by local entrepreneurs, resource partners, mentors, or other adults.

Set up begins at 8:30 am
Judging starts at 9:00 am
Lunch will be provided at 12:00 pm
Trade Show open to the public/school groups at 1:00 pm
