Description
This is where the entrepreneur tells you about his or her business in a quick presentation, no formal slides....think of it as if you were in an Elevator, going up 3 floors....what could they tell you in that amount of time that would keep you engaged and make you want to do business with them, or potentially invest in their business? You will have time to ask them questions afterwards.
Guidelines & information

  • A maximum of 4 minutes will be allowed for the elevator pitch; time begins immediately after the speaker\'s self introduction.
  • Judges will not be permitted to ask questions following the elevator pitch, but will have time afterwards.
  • No slides are permitted.

Performance: Appearance, confidence, posture, speaks slowly.
Presentation: Clear, concise, understandable.
Expectations: States goals of business, captures attention, persuasive, realistic.
Quality: Includes all necessary points, makes plan clear, appropriate time length.
