If you are seeing this, then your Businesses has already submit the application outlining your business, the current condition of your building’s exterior, and the specific improvements you are proposing to enhance curb appeal. These questions should have been answered when you first signed in to this page. Now you need to upload any and all attachments below, please. This is where bids need to be uploaded.

Please answer all the questions on the application. 
Please attach all quotes below. Judges will need to see your quotes. Reach out to Heather Strate with Economic Development if you need help. You can also email all attachment to Heather at ecodevo@edwardscountyks.com and she will upload them for you. 
You are also welcome to attach all handouts, photos, presentations, or anything you would like the judges to review or have.

Rubric

Quality of Application: Was the application clear, organized, and easy to understand? Is the project realistic and achievable within the proposed timeline and budget?
Overall Project: How significantly will the proposed project improve the building’s exterior appearance? Did the presenter effectively explain the proposed improvements? Has the applicant demonstrated financial and personal commitment to the project?
Financials: Were the quotes for the project provided? Was the budget clean and easy to understand? Was the required match funding accounted for?
Project Timeline: Has the applicant demonstrated readiness to complete the project if funding is awarded? Was the timeline explained? Will this project be able to be completed in 1 year or less?
