Description
The Elevator Pitch is a short pitch of an entrepreneur's business to a panel of judges. The goal of an elevator pitch should be to provide an overview of the business and to leave the audience excited to learn more. The video pitch will be played if particpant makes it to the final round. It will be used as their introduction before entering the room.
Guidelines & information
  • The maximum length for the video is 3 minutes 
  • Judges will not be permitted to ask questions following the elevator pitch.
  • Visuals and graphics are permitted.

Rubric

Performance: Appearance, confidence, posture, speaks slowly.
Presentation: Clear, concise, understandable.
Expectations: States goals of business, captures attention, persuasive, realistic.
Quality: Includes all necessary points, makes plan clear, appropriate time length.
