- Entrepreneurs will be allowed time to set up their tradeshow booths after checking in at in the Alumni Center. Booths must be finished and students ready to begin answering questions by the open of the Tradeshow.
- The public will be invited to attend the tradeshow the evening of April 28th and will be able to vote for their favorite booths.
- The public will have a few minutes to listen to each business share the highlights of their business plan and high-level details of the product or service being offered.
- Entrepreneurs will be allowed to provide handouts or NON-FOOD samples. Food is prohibited.
- Each display will include a 6 ft long table. No tablecloth is provided; however, electricity can be made available upon request but is not guaranteed. Please consider bringing your own extension cord if you are planning to use power at your booth.
- Entrepreneurs should be at their booth, ready to network and share with all those in attendance.
- SALES ARE PROHIBITED: Kansas State University’s policy (PPM Chapter 8580) restricts commercial sale or solicitation on university-affiliated, state-owned property. Sales of product are not permitted.
- FOOD SAMPLES ARE PROHIBITED: Yes, product samples may be distributed to the public; however, food items are not permitted to be distributed during the event.. For food-based businesses: Examples, prototypes, pre-packaged items and mock-ups are encouraged but samples are not permitted to be given out, due to the rare chance of a foodborne illness transferred to a patron in accordance with K-State policy.
