Parking:
Free parking is available on-site. Please follow posted signs or event volunteers who will direct you to designated participant parking.

What to Expect:
As you arrive, check in at the registration table to receive your event materials and instructions. Staff will be available to answer questions and help you get settled.

Prizes & Awards:
Participants will have the opportunity to compete for cash awards, recognition, and the opportunity to compete at the state level. Winners will be announced during the closing portion of the event.

Make sure you’re in the loop on everything happening during the event! Below are the key dates, arrival details, and estimated time commitments so participants know exactly what to expect.

Arrival Time:
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before the event begins to check in, get settled, and review any last-minute instructions.

Event Start:
The event will officially begin at 9:00am, so punctuality helps us stay on track.

Estimated Duration:
Participants should expect to stay for approximately 5 hours or so. This includes setup, activities, and wrap-up. (Since this is our first county-wide event, things could run a bit differently than expected, but will get better timelines as we have done an event or two.)
