8:00-8:30 AM - Arrival and tradeshow set-up
8:30-11:00 AM (tentative) - Tradeshow opens, formal presentations occur (staggard)
11:00-11:45 AM - Judges finalize scores, tradeshow closes at 11:30
12:00 PM (tentative) - Winners announced and prizes awarded.
