This competition is designed to test the critical thinking and execution skills of our youth by empowering them to view the world through the lens of an entrepreneur.
We split the competition between the Junior High and the High School. The prize money is structured to reward both divisions equally. The reward for first place is $600, second place receives $400, third place would win $300, fourth place is awarded $200, with fifth place winning $100. The overall winner of the competition receives $200 and an automatic placement in the Kansas State Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge, held in Manhattan, Kansas every spring.
