Parental Consent

As a user under the age of 13, permission from a parent or legal guardian is required to use the VentureDash platform. Please have them complete this form to verify that you have permission to move forward.

If you have already completed an alternate method of consent, you will be contacted via email when your request for consent is approved.

If you don’t have a credit card you may use the alternative parental consent process.
