Live Mock Board Room Rubric

Instructions

Successful entrepreneurs are adaptable, critical thinkers, and creative problem-solvers. The format of the Mock Board Room is designed to help teach and reward these skills in aspiring entrepreneurs. Based on a review of the executive summary and video pitch, students will be provided a list of questions to answer in the boardroom, these questions are designed to reflect the real-world challenges and decision-making requirements of entrepreneurs.

Criterias

Choose a score, from 1 (worst) to 5 (best), for each of the following.

Realistic – answers were feasible, realistic and aligned with company’s means.

1 Poor

2 Minimal

3 Sufficient

4 Above Average

5 Excellent

Justification – ample justification given using quality data, analysis, and critical thinking.

Specificity – responses were specific, detailed, and action-oriented.
