Building Brilliance Business Incentive Program Fall 2024

Building Brilliance Business Incentive Application Rubric

Instructions

In evaluating the Building Brilliance Business Incentive applications, judges should focus on the overall impact of the proposed improvements on the business's appearance, functionality, and contribution to the community's aesthetic appeal. Consider how well the enhancements align with the program's goals of revitalizing storefronts and attracting more customers. Look for thoughtful planning, realistic budgets, and the potential for long-term benefits. Evaluate each application fairly by considering the size, needs, and context of the business, ensuring that both small and large-scale projects receive equal consideration.
