Problem/Opportunity: The submission clearly identifies a problem (BIG IDEA track) or an opportunity related to a personal skill or community gap (SMALL BUSINESS track).

Business Description: The submission clearly describes the idea and how it solves the problem (BIG IDEA track) or describes the business idea and its unique features/relevancy to the local community (SMALL BUSINESS track).

Target Customer: The submission identifies a potential target customer and demonstrates understanding of that customer.
