This year's competition will be ALL VIRTUAL. Douglas County high schools select their top 5 students/teams to participate in a countywide event on December 4th via Zoom. Schools have the discretion to select those 5 students/teams as they deem appropriate. This can be a “mini competition”, teacher selection, etc. Five “community” spots are held open for private or home-school students.
o First place - $1,250
o Second place - $750
o Third place - $500
o BONUS - $500 will be awarded to the business/concept with the best rural benefit.
o Teacher of first place winner - $500
