Rooks County Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge

The Rooks County Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge is open to all Rooks County students in grades 7 through 12.  The competition will be held on March 2, 2022 at Stockton High School.  At least $1,300 in cash prizes will be awarded in the following amounts:
$500 First Place
$300 Second Place
$200  Third Place
$100  Best use of Technology
$100  Marketing Award (Nex-Tech)
$100  Ready to Go 

Online registration of a business and participant should be completed by January 21, 2022.  The Executive Summary for the business must be submitted online to the Venture Dash website no later than Friday, February 18 at 5:00 p.m.  The Tradeshow Display and 4 Minute Presentation are due on the day of competition. 

The competition on March 2 will begin at 9 a.m. with setup of Tradeshow booths beginning at 8:30 a.m. at Stockton High School.  Judging of the 4 Minute Presentations will begin at 9:00 a.m.   Tradeshow presentations and judging will follow the completion of the 4 Minute Presentations.  All judging and awards should be completed by 12 noon.
